After registering for Paid Membership of era (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") , Paid Membership registration (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") can be revoked by completing the member registration withdrawal procedure designated by the Company within 15 days after being authenticated as Paid Membership.
You can cancel the registration by notifying the Company's support, but refund cannot be made if more than 15 days has passed since you were authenticated as Paid Membership.
If you request to refund for Premier or Royal Premier, please apply for withdrawal from "Withdrawal" on the Site.
After applying for withdrawal, you will receive automatic email for application completion from the Company.
Please check the reception setting and complete the withdrawal application.
Please be sure to keep the email delivered from the Company as a confirmation letter.
*If the application is not completed due to communication error etc., refund cannot be processed. Please be sure to confirm it.
